Top 5 Anime Like Dr. Stone :

Dr stone was another incredibly popular anime of 2019. Anime that associate science into the story always seem to be popular for some reason . Dr stone is one of those anime and it has done a great job of implementing scientific concepts into the plot. There are quite a lot of anime like Dr. Stone in terms of the implementation of scientific concepts but in todays list we will be going beyond that. Here are the top 5 anime like Dr. Stone according to us.
The Promised Neverland:
The promised neverland, which starts off as a happy story and turns out to be something very horrific is one of the most popular 2019 anime. Emma living in a seemingly happy Grace Field house with her best friends finds out they are being brought up and taken care of at the orphanage only to be butchered and given to demons as meat.
Dr. Stone is very similar to The Promised Neverland because both the anime have a mystery element with characters in both anime trying to do something for the good of all the people. Both shows are about bunch of kids surviving in a harsh environment all while trying to rebuild that very post apocalyptic world. Being anime that were released at similar times, they give very comparable vibes.
Honzuki no Gekokujou: Shisho ni Naru Tame ni wa Shudan wo Erandeiraremasen:
Honzuki no Gekokujou isn't like Dr. Stone in the strict sense. There are many elements of this anime though that make it comparable and similar to Dr. Stone.
First off, the lead character is a naive kid who don't initially understand the world they are living in. Urano Motosu is quite literally transported to the medieval age where there aren't many books and she cant really do her favorite thing, i.e. reading. These kids grow up quite fast though, not physically but as individuals inviting us to be a part of their journey. That is what makes Honzuki no Gekokujou like Dr. Stone.
Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood:
So the scientific aspect of FMAB is what makes it similar to Dr. Stone. Also our protagonist is basically a kid by size although he may not look as young as he seems. You will love FMAB if you liked Dr. Stone. Besides, it is an anime I would recommend even if you didn't like Dr. stone.
7 Seeds:
The world of 7 seeds similar to Dr. Stone is not something that you would call ideal. 7 seeds has 7 men and women that were frozen to preserve human civilization from an inevitable and destructive event making them the "seeds" in the title. When our 7 characters wake up from their slumber though, the world around them is not what they expect it to be and they fight and struggle for building a better world making it very much like Dr. Stone.
There are also hopeful talks of the better future. Overall vibe is very similar to Dr. Stone.
Steins;Gate:
Steins Gate and Dr. Stone are again similar, in the scientific inclination part. Although Steins Gate is inclined towards the mecha, scifi aspect it is still an amazing show and you will definitely love it. Steins;Gate will seem kinda weird at first and you will have to commit to watching a couple episodes but once you're 2 3 episodes in, you will be hooked. The main characters in both anime are really smart individuals too making for another similar aspect.
Overall Steins ; Gate is the last anime in this list like Dr. Stone. The dialogue in SG is way better and the humor, action and all other elements are way more balanced making it a classic we all love.
